I-LAB is İ-Klinik's own dental laboratory. Your crowns, bridges and full-arch restorations are designed, milled, shaded by hand and fired here — in the same building where they are fitted. Nothing is sent out.

Stage One

Digital design

Your mouth is scanned in 3D and the restoration is designed on screen before anything is cut.

Stage Two

Milling

The approved design is milled from a solid disc of zirconia or ceramic.

Shading by hand

Each unit is shaded by hand under magnification to match your own teeth.

Firing

The restoration is fired in a programmable porcelain furnace, one controlled cycle at a time.
