On the day

Time for your questions,
at your own pace.

Appointments are booked one at a time, so you are not sitting in a waiting room and nobody is rushing you towards a decision.

1

You tell us what bothers you

A clinician from our İstanbul team sits down with you, not a salesperson. Bring photographs, recent X-rays or a previous quote if you have them.

2

We talk through your options

Using what you bring and what you tell us, we explain what is realistic, what each route involves and roughly how long it takes.

3

You receive a written plan and estimate

Sent to you afterwards by email. Nothing is signed on the day, no deposit is taken, and we will say so honestly if treatment at home would serve you better.

Honest answers

Before you book.

Is it really free? +
Yes. The meet-up costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Plenty of people come for a second opinion and a written price, then decide against treatment. That is a perfectly good outcome for us.
Will I be examined or treated on the day? +
No. This is an information meeting, not a dental appointment. No examination or treatment takes place. All clinical care, including your examination, happens at our clinic in İstanbul with our registered clinicians.
Who will I be meeting? +
A clinician from İ-Klinik Global Group, together with an English-speaking patient coordinator. We run six Ministry of Health licensed clinics in Türkiye.
Where are the crowns and veneers made? +
In our own laboratory, İ-Lab, inside the group. Nothing goes to an outside workshop, which is how we keep control of both quality and timing.
How long does an appointment take? +
Around thirty minutes. Appointments are booked one at a time so nobody sits in a waiting room, which is why places on each day are limited.

Rather just ask a question?

Our UK coordinator answers in English and can hold a place for you at the London meet-up.
